Saint Mary Dinner

The morning began with the celebration of the Divine Liturgy, just days after the Feast of the Dormition of the Mother of God (August 15). The mamaliga is prepared. The ladies prepare the salad.
The homemade sausage is checked before going back into the oven. Kitchen workers pause for a photo. The ladies cut and serve the dessert on individual plates.
The dinner is served.
